Hi Make team,

I’m using the WhatsApp Business Cloud app with a coexistence number (the WhatsApp Business app on my phone and the Cloud API on the same number), connected through Make for Business Messaging. Inbound messages come through Watch Events perfectly.

What’s missing is the messages I send from the WhatsApp Business app on my phone. Meta delivers these as the smb_message_echoes webhook field, but only to the Tech Provider app that onboarded the number, which in my case is Make’s. Watch Events doesn’t offer smb_message_echoes as an event type, so those messages never reach my scenarios. I’ve confirmed this against Meta’s documentation and by testing with my own Meta app, which doesn’t receive them because it didn’t onboard the number.

Could you please add smb_message_echoes (and ideally history and smb_app_state_sync) as event options on Watch Events for coexistence connections? I use it to keep a full log of client conversations in Notion, and right now only half of each conversation is captured.
