It would be super useful to have a screen in the organization's configuration that will allow us to set scenario settings default.

For example: I set the setting "Allow storing of Incomplete Executions" for 99.9% of my scenarios, and it's really annoying to forget it and then find out that one of my scenarios failed to run.

So it would help to set this parameter on on organization level and then every new scenario will have it on upon creation.
