Scenario Builder: Notes - better notes / comments / annotations

The Notes feature feels a bit outdated and not really functional (can't move/reorganise notes, link cross each other). Could be nice to have 'post-it' style Notes you can move around.

Notes feature has been revamped and new experience should cover most of the functionality that has been asked for here. Please try Notes and let us know what more we can do better.

The notes feature is the one and only reason why my previous employer moved to another automation software - they felt that the documentation of processes was simply impossible to use in a satisfactory way.

There should be no reason to NOT be able to change the order of the notes. and why does it change randomly?

At the very least a quick fix of adding an icon to modules with a note would be extremely helpful. Any notes left right now never get looked at, we end up using Clickup tickets instead.
Lassi Eronen
Absolutely. In a bigger scenario the notes get unusable very quickly.
It would be better if the notes hover around the bubble and can be toggled on and off, one by one. There should be a pinning function to leave the notes visible all the time.
The button at the bottom could work as a global on/off switch either showing or hiding all notes at once.

Absolutely need in-canvas notes.
Take a look at how Unreal Engine handles comments in their Blueprint system. You can draw a comment block around multiple nodes, and then they act as a group that you can drag around the canvas as a single unit.

It'd be nice to read the notes in-order of the the way they occur.
Right now I'm going back and adding some notes to some earlier modules, but since I added some to later modules already - these notes are showing up on the bottom.
It'd be nice to read it as a story so I can have proper "code comments"
I understand things like the router would complicate that, but I'm sure you could come up with a good solution (eg: Group the first path all together, then the next, etc.)

hyperlink in notes would be very useful!
Pierre Becher
it would be good to be able to add screenshots to notes (e.g. for watch webhooks which are not editable after setup)

Rich text formatting in notes would be useful. Being able to hyperlink text in notes would be very useful when cross-referencing to external services or documentation.
