Scenario Builder: Alert if someone is editing a scenario or there is a recent save
Dakota McCarty
It would be nice to have an alert on screen if someone else is in the scenario editing it. As well as some alert if there has been a new save to a scenario while it's open.
The issue that happens is there is work done but someone else also has the scenario open and saves it erasing the progress made by the other user since they didn't know someone else was also editing it.
Or, someone has the scenario open and then changes are made and then the scenario, open in another persons tab, is saved erasing the changes.
Or, sometimes my own changes are erased because the scenario is open in multiple tabs and then later saved.
Many situations in where there can be major progress loss due to saving a scenario.

Prevent simultaneous editing in Make scenarios (edit lock for single user)
Stella Fresenius
Please add a built-in “edit lock” for scenarios so that only one user can edit a scenario at a time. Right now, multiple users can open and change the same scenario simultaneously, and updates are only visible after a manual refresh, which risks overwriting work and creating conflicts. A simple locking mechanism (e.g. “Scenario currently being edited by [Name]”) would greatly improve collaboration safety and prevent accidental loss or override of changes.
