List of scenarios: Scenario sharing
planned
Michal Máša
José Luis de Prat: I think Integromat must promote a more community shared knowledge. "Share your scenario" ... like you do with your effort ... niche users will build new app or specific scenarios to share with others...
So, please, allow a better place to share knowledge and build some rules to share modules, scenarios (with cleaning internal data, of course)
I see the only way to compete better with other tools
Juilian Kirkness: I am particularly keen on being able to share Scenarios with other subscribers - I realise this is complicated by the fact that all the connections would need to be redefined for a new user using a scenario - but this could be streamlined so that installing the scenario would maybe ask for / set up all the required connections in one step???

Help us improve Sharing in Make
Hi all, I am Ondrej, product manager here at Make. Thanks for all the feedback around sharing! My team is currently looking into exactly this issue - we want to improve how you can share your automations with your teammates, clients, or outside of Make in general.
We would love to hear more on what you are sharing and how, and what can we improve in that regard. We also have some prototypes we'd like to hear your thoughts on!
If this sounds interesting, feel free to book a 45 minute chat with me in the following link:
Fyi, I won't be reachable next week, but you can use this link, my designer collegue will chat with you instead:
Thanks, we are looking forward to speaking with you!

Any updates on this very useful feature?

Bumping this one.
as an active member of the community this would make it a lot easier to help other community members with their scenarios
Right now the method for helping a complex issue, is unnecesary complex exporting a blueprint,
editing it manually to remove sensitive data, the reciever editing it to make it compatible again with import,
then fixing it once its imported.
too many extra steps.

I want this functionality as well. Zapier added it and it's very useful but I still want to use integromat :)

as a brand new user this would help me a ton. the current samples/templates are fine for quick demos but access to real world scenarios mmmmm mmm

I think this would be amazing. In particular, I'd like to be able to allow other users to use my scenarios but with their own connections. I'd also like to be able to turn access on and off for the other users.

A bit late to the party but seeing some of the comments I would like to add:
1) One thing is to add collaborators to the scenario. This comes from the merged post added to the thread and it means multiple people can work on the same scenario.
2) Another thing is to be able to "duplicate into someone else's account". I usually try things out on my account and then I let my clients know "we won't be going with Zapier, create an account in Integromat, that's better" — and then I have to recreate everything.
That's when I would like to just click a link and duplicate that scenario. Of course, I would most likely have to make the connections again but the overall structure would be there with all the processing, I would just have to plug in the connections.
Looking forward to this, will make our lives soooooooooo much easier =D

Mark Spencer: Hi Mark!
Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am merging your request to the primary request.
Kevin McCarron
Agreed. I just switched from zapier (I use a combination of Integromat and Microsoft’s Power Platform), and view this is the one major feature I lost that Zapier had not added all that long ago, but now markets heavily.
