A clear billing-period view per scenario would be useful
Catherine Ravens
At the moment, we can only view scenario usage in the last 24 hrs / 7 days / 30 day period.
We need to know how many operations have been used within a billing period, which currently we can't. The only option is to manually add every day!

This would be a great feature to have. I use Make for different clients and it's a pain to decipher how many credits each scenario consumes in order to bill them accordingly.

Aligning Scenario-level Credit Usage with the Current Billing Cycle on the Organization Dashboard
Beom Kim
Hello Make Team,
I am a paid plan user whose billing cycle resets on the 1st of every month. Currently, there is a time-frame mismatch on the Organization Dashboard that makes credit budgeting very difficult:
- Top Section: Correctly displays the credits left for the "Current billing cycle" (e.g., July 1st – Present).
- Bottom Section (Active Scenarios): The "Credits Used" metric next to each scenario tracks a "Rolling 30 days" period (e.g., showing 'Since June 5th' based on today, July 5th).
The Problem:
Because the top widget tracks the Billing Cycle while the bottom list tracks Rolling 30 Days, it is impossible to see exactly how many credits a specific scenario has consumed within the current billing month at a glance. When a monthly budget alert goes off, I cannot easily identify which scenario is the main culprit for that specific billing month.
Suggested Improvement:
Please add a toggle or dropdown option in the Active Scenarios list so users can switch the credit usage timeframe between "Rolling 30 Days" and "Current Billing Cycle". This feature is crucial for teams to monitor and manage monthly credit budgets per scenario efficiently.
Thank you for your continuous effort to improve the platform. I look forward to seeing this enhancement in a future update.
Best regards,
BK
