I want to send a word file to telegram, i want to receive it in my email with a little different word template

REPLY: You can use "Telegram Bot > Send a Document/Image" module to send a word file to Telegram. To download it from Telegram, use "Telegram Bot > Download a File" module. But we are relying heavily on Telegram Bot API, and it doesn't seem possible to edit a file automatically in Telegram.
