REPLY: Telegram Bot app in Make relies heavily on underlying Telegram Bot API. We went through their documentation, but we didn't find a possibility to create a trigger for mentions. But you can try "Telegram Bot > Watch Updates" module, and filter mentions by filtering text parameter in output.
