REPLY: The module "Telegram Bot > Send Media by URL or ID" needs link exactly to the GIF. Specifically about gfycat.com, you can get the right link on this site with this algorithm:
- Open the GIF on the site
- Right-click on it
- Copy the video address.

Luuk: Hello Luuk,
I will check it out - could you please do the following?
- On the scenario detail page, click the HISTORY tab. This is where the logs of all the scenario executions are listed.
- Locate the execution during which the issue you have described occurred and click the “Details” button.
- Copy the URL.
- Open a ticket via https://www.integromat.com/en/ticket
- Paste the URL in the ticket and add a note "pass to Michal Masa".
Thank you :)

Michal Máša: done, thanks in advance!
Luuk
Michal Máša: Just to add, I used the "other not listed" for sending a ticket and added the note in the subjectline, hope that is the right way
Alvin
That would be great, it doesn't seem the module processes gifs at the moment
