It is possible to add captions to grouped media files in Telegram, but not in the module.

REPLY: We checked the Telegram Bot API reference, but caption is only possible for Individual items or you can pass caption for the first image/video/gif.
There is also another way to add captions: if you specify a caption in the first media in an array (album), it will be set for the whole message. All other's captions should be empty, otherwise it won't work.
