Why I cannot send image in text message? I can send link of image, but not always shows preview.

REPLY: Telegram Bot app in Make relies heavily on underlying Telegram Bot API. We went through their documentation, but we didn't find a possibility to attach image to the text message.
But you can use our "Telegram Bot > Send a Photo" module and pass your message in the caption parameter. That will create a message with a photo.
