Telegram Bot: Embed Image Attachments "Send Compressed"

Telegram recently implemented a new way to send images in messages, letting you select whether to send as an embedded ("compressed") image or as a file attachment. Without the option to choose it in Integromat, it defaults to an attachment every time when using the "Send Document/Image" Telegram module.

But we already have "Telegram Bot > Send a Photo" module, which sends the compressed images, so you can try using this module.
