Currently, there's no way to specify filename when sending any kind of files to Telegram chats.
There should be a field exposed to be able to specify any file name.

REPLY: Telegram Bot app in Make relies heavily on underlying Telegram Bot API. We went through their documentation, but we didn't find any parameter with the option to change filenames. It is not possible in UI as well.
