Clarification and wishes:
I expect two implementations at once:
1) From the end user point of view, I expect that in the current module "Reddit - Submit a post" the "URL" field in the "Image Post" mode should accept a publicly accessible URL in any form from any sites, and the process of uploading an image to the AWS site owned by Reddit should be performed on the Make.com backend
For this, I recommend creating a new version of "Reddit - Submit a post" in which "URL" will mean a public link, and not a link to an image in AWS.
2) From the point of view of flexibility and backward compatibility, I expect that you will keep the previous version of "Reddit - Submit a post" with a URL that only accepts links from AWS.
However, along with this, I expect you to create an additional Reddit module called "Upload Image to AWS" so that it can accept either an image URL or a binary file, and then output from the new module a URL to the image in AWS for use in the old version's "Reddit - Submit a post".
