Currently can only use the "me/sendMail" endpoint from Microsoft Graph API

Please allow to use this endpoint as well - /users/{id | userPrincipalName}/sendMail

While using application credentials I give the app "application" level permissions but it can't use them because it uses the "me" endpoint
