That would be great. Currently my carousel posts are still a manual work. Optional use of PDF documents instead of images would work fine for me too.

It really took me a lot of time to understand that there is a limit here. The API should be able to do this, though.
Here is a link to the documentation:
"A MultiImage post is a post containing multiple images (minimum of 2 images and maximum of 9 images)."
Since LinkedIn posts with multiple images are automatically merged into one carousel, this has a high interaction rate and you can do good storytelling with it.

I had a look, it's challenging.
There is a limit to 9 pictures and you need to put one line per picture in the JSON so it seems difficult to have something dynamic here.
It is not clear on how to upload the pictures in the API call.
I didn't find an API that enables PDF upload which is what is used in manual Carousel creation in LinkedIn.
