Please update the Cliniko app in Make.com to support the UK3 region.

Currently, the Cliniko connection module only includes AU, US, and EU regions.

Users with Cliniko accounts hosted in the UK3 region cannot authenticate because the base API endpoint is missing.

Requested update:

Add UK3 to the list of available regions in the Cliniko connection settings.

Allow custom base API URL override (optional but useful).

This will enable UK3 users to connect Cliniko to Make.com without errors.
